The Punjab Education Department has announced to reopen all the private & public school and colleges from tomorrow. A lot of speculations were under discussion regarding the extension in Winter Vacations 2022-23. But after the final decision of Punjab Government, all the students will come back to their schools from 9th of January 2023.
The Education Department of Punjab held few meetings to discuss the weather conditions across the province. And after having a look at all the possibilities, they have decided not to extend Winter Vacation, as they did earlier.
The reason is to minimise the educational loss of children. As, quoted by the Educational Minister of Punjab, that they used to go to their in the same weather. So, the children even the parents should not wish to increase the vacations as it will affect their studies.
So, as per the notification, from tomorrow all the private and public schools & colleges will welcome their students after the Winter Vacations.
