Here we will share the Annual Increment chart 2022 for governmnet employees’ salaries. Every year, the government increases salaries in annual increments. This year, the employees get the increment on 01 December 2022 by 10% on the basic monthly pay. Only those employees who are on punishment and whose appointments were on 01 June 2022 or later will not get the annual increments in 2022. Besides this, all employees of Grades 1-22 will get benefits. Below we have provided the table related to the increased salaries of all grade employees.

Benefits to Increments on Basic Pay (Salary)
When government employees get increments in the basic pay, they will get many benefits, such as
- Increased net salary
- They get more house-building advances on more Basic pay
- In the federal government, the advance for motor vehicles depends on the basic pay of the employee

Comparison between Annual Increments in 2022 and 2021
If we compare the annual increments of government employees for 2022 and 2021, we will get the following differences.
- According to the 2022 chart, the employees will get increments in basic pay only.
- Last year, employees got various allowances at the following rates.
- 10% Adhoc relief Allowance 2017
- 10% Adhoc relief Allowance 2018
- ARA-2019-10% for BPS 01-16 and 5% for BPS 17 and above
- 10% ARA-2021
- Adhoc relief Allowance 2020 (only for Sindh)
