Army Medical College 2019 Admission Details | AMC Admission

NUMS has announced the starting date for the registration for First Year MBBS/BDS session 2019-20 for Army Medical College Rawalpindi.

Army Medical College Admission Details:

The registration process for applications for admission to Army Medical College will start at 9:00 a.m Friday, October 18, 2019.

Last Date to Apply:

The Last date to submit the online application form is October 25^th, 2019.

Eligibility Criteria for AMC Admission:

1. Open merit seats:

• Minimum 70% aggregate marks in FSc (Pre-medical) or equivalent having minimum of twelve years of education for admission.
• Only those candidates who have passed NUMS-MDCAT Re-conduct held on 6^th October 2019 with a minimum of 60% (120/200) marks are eligible to apply for Admission in Army Medical College Rawalpindi.
• All Pakistani having valid citizenship (including citizens of AJK and Gilgit Baltistan) can apply for Admission in Army Medical College Rawalpindi on open merit seats.

1. Foreign or Dual National or Overseas Pakistani Students:

• Minimum 70% aggregate marks in FSc (Pre-medical) or equivalent having twelve years of education from a foreign school/College/University or its examining body or its education system in at least three subjects i.e. Biology, Chemistry and either Physics or Mathematics.
• NUMS-MDCAT Re-conduct held on 6^th October 2019 with minimum 60% (120/200) marks, Or SAT-II Exam with minimum 550/800 marks in each of three subjects that are Biology, Chemistry and either Mathematics or Physics or a foreign MCAT with a minimum score of 500/528. SAT-II and International MCAT scores notify prior to 25^th October 2017 shall not be acceptable.
• Equivalence by IBCC (in case of foreign qualification).

1. Minimum Aggregate % for Admission in MBBS/BDS on Open Merit/Foreign Seats

• Aggregate minimum % for Admission in MBBS: 70%
• Aggregate minimum % for Admission in BDS: 60%

F.Sc (Pre-Medical)/HSSC/Equivalent:                                  50%

NUMS-MDCAT Re-conduct, SAT-II/Foreign MCAT:             50%

How to Apply for Army Medical College:

• The applications are required to visit the NUMS Website, numspak.edu.pk. Choose a link to apply for Open merit or a foreign seat at Army Medical College.
• Register with your CNIC/NICOP/Passport, valid E-mail, and set a password.
• Take the print of the Admission Processing fee Challan and deposit it to the bank mentioned in the advertisement.
• After registration, complete your application form with personal information, academic information, program choices, and upload attested and scanned documents and then submit the application.
• You can only apply by using a desktop PC or laptop but not a mobile phone.
• Be careful in selecting your priority of MBBS and BDS, you will be offered Admission in MBBS/BDS on merit as per your order of priority.
• Once the application is submitted, you will not be able to make any changes. So, be careful while you put your information in the form.
• Hafiz e Quran qualified applicants are required to select the center for the Hifz e Quran test carefully and will appear for the test at his/her arrangements.
• You can take a printout of the application after the successful submission of the application.

• Attested copy of Matric result card
• Attested copy of HSSC Pre-medical result card
• Attested copy of CNIC/B-Form of the candidate
• Attested copy of CNIC/B-form of Father/Guardian
• Recent color passport size photograph of the candidate with a blue background
• Attested copy of Hifz-e-Quran Certificate issued by a registered Madrassa
• Scanned copy of bank paid Challan

Important:

• Please note that the photocopy of the document attached with the Application Form must be attested by a Government Officer in BS-17 or above. The name and stamp of the officer must bear his full designation and current place of duty.
• After the last date of submission of the online application, any MCAT-/SAT-II scores, revised result cards, increase in marks, or any other document shall not be acceptable.
• Candidates having foreign qualifications, such as O/A Level, etc. shall have to upload the equivalence certificate issued by IBCC at the time of submission of the online application; otherwise, their application shall be rejected.
• No receipt of documents under process of preparation shall be acceptable.
• Complete your application form and submit all the required documents otherwise, your application will be rejected.
