BIEK Issue Notification Regarding the Intermediate Result

On 16th September 2021, Board of Intermediate Karachi BIEK issued a notification regarding the Intermediate result. According to the details, it is to inform all those who appear in the annual board exams will consider passing while those who remain absent in the annual board examination considered to fail. The Karachi Board announced this decision on Twitter. Therefore, students who will not appear in the exams will not promote to the next class.

In a recent meeting, the federal education minister, Shafqat Mahmood decided to pass the students of Matric and Intermediate. The candidates who will get less than 33% marks will award passing marks so that they can promote to the next class. The decision is only applicable for the students of the 10th class and 12th class whereas no passing policy announced for the candidates of the 9th class and 11th class.
