- Candidates must complete the Application form online available on the FPSC website
- Candidates can download challan form and submit fee in the mentioned bank. (without paying fee application will not proceed)
- The option to edit the form in case of any mistake will be available till closing dates.

- BS-16-17: RS 300/-
- BS-18: Rs 750/-
- BS-19: Rs 1200/-
- BS-20 and above: Rs 1500/-
