The Government has decided that the Government teachers will not be appointed as examiners in the Board Examination.
The Government took the decision in a meeting held by the Education Department in Lahore. Several other decisions were made at the meeting. The schools will be notified officially in a few days, and the schools are directed to implement the notification immediately.
Other Amendments:
- It is decided the total number of periods in a day will be 7 and each period will last for a maximum of 50 minutes.
- One period daily will be fixed for practical. So that the students can perform the lessons, they have learnt in their books.
- There will be no pre-examination vacations, and the attendance of the students will be counted. The teachers will help the students overcome their remaining problems in those days when their papers are near.
