Recently, Fawad Chaudhary gave a statement regarding the eid holidays and stated that the government would not extend the holidays. There is news roaming around social media that the government will extend the Eid break 2021 by two days. About this, Fawad Chaudhary gave a statement and clarified the fake news.

The minister stated that the prime minister is not in favour of prolonging the Eid-ul-Adha holidays. Thus, according to the announced notification, there will be three days off from 20 -22 July 2021. However, NCOC suggested a five days holiday from 20-24 July 2021. In contrast, the interior ministry suggested a four days holiday from 20-23 July 2021.
