The government of Pakistan issued the latest Notification regarding the announcement of a public holiday. According to the details, this is to notify you that the Prime Minister officially announced the public holiday on 29th September 2023 (Friday) in connection with the 12th Rabi ul Awwal. Hence, there is no working day on 29th September 2023. This Notification applies to all private offices, schools, etc. The labour force working in industries also remains off-duty. The Federal Government has also issued the Notification for the Eid Milad un Nabi 2023 Holiday on Friday for Federal employees. There is a complete public holiday to celebrate and eat with respect and peace.
Eid Milad un-Nabi is celebrated yearly on the 12th Rabi ul Awwal, the 3rd month of the Islamic calendar. This year, it took place on 29th September 2023 on Friday. In remembrance of the birthday of our holy Prophet Muhammad, SAW People do charity, paying Darood o Salam and arranging gatherings for Eid Milad un Nabi.
