HEC Batch-III of Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program 2021
On 19 April 2021, the Higher Education Commission announced the date for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program Batch-III. HEC stated that for the batch-II whose last date was 15 April 2021, the commission received a positive response. For the Batch-II, HEC received a large number of applications.
HEC stated that till now there are various candidates who aren’t able to apply due to various reasons. Thus, for those, HEC decided to start the Batch-III of the program in September 2021. Thus, HEC advised the eligible candidates to complete their application till then so that they will be able to apply without any difficulty.

Required Documents for HEC Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program
For the HEC Post-doctoral Fellowship program, candidates must have the following documents.
- Invitation/acceptance letter in the relevant field (from top 200 QS world ranked Universities)
- Research Proposal
- Candidates undated CV
- Host Supervisor CV
- Updated profile on HEC website
- Five years of recognized experience
- NOC
- Attested PhD degrees

HEC has clearly mentioned that the portal will open for the Batch-III for limited time and commission will not extend the date.
