Recently, SAPM Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection, Dr Sania Nishtar asked HEC to take strict action against some universities. She said that HEC would blocklist those universities not paying Ehsaas Stipend to the students on time. During the meeting, she said that universities must provide the Ehsaas Undergrdaute scholarship with complete transparency. Various institutes are not doing their work correctly, due to which students are applying for a loan to continue their studies.
Thus, she stated that Students have to pay on time so that they can continue their studies. Thus, she warned the universities and asked the HEC Officials to blocklist those institutes.

At the same time, she was also instructed to make a visibility Dashboard. All universities will be included in this dashboard with the date on which institutes receive the scholarship amount.
