Higher Education Commission HEC Warns all scammers to stop misguide and fraud applicants in the degree and transcript attestation name. The fake agents are trying to grab money from students. Therefore, the Higher Education Commission HEC gives the last warning to frauds and fake agents to lure a student for a degree and transcript attestation; otherwise, we take strict action against such individuals. Due to COVID-19, the convocation of many universities got delayed. Students are anxiously waiting for their degree, and the institute delayed the distribution ceremony of the degree (convocation). Therefore, such scammers started a new way to attest the transcript by pasting the fake stamp and duplicate ticket.

However, HEC ordered students to become alert and stay away from such fake agents and instructed them to follow the legal way for degree attestation. The Higher Education Commission also accelerated particular messages on all social media accounts to raise awareness.
