E-Transfer system Phase-II
At the start of 2020, the Higher Education Department started a system of online transfer of teachers. Now, the government has announced the phase-II of the E-Transfer system for the teachers at Government colleges. It is a great initiative of the government to make the whole process transparent within the minimum time duration.

How to apply
Now, college teachers can easily apply for transfer in just 03 steps.
- Download the App of e-transfer from the google play and login
- After login, verify the teacher data
- Enter preferences (locations) and submit it.
The process takes less than 10 minutes.
The Last Date to Apply for E-Transfer Phase-Ii
- Duration to apply for the e-transfer Phase-II: 18 August-23 August 2020
- Verification of shortlisted candidates: 31 August 2020
- Issuance of QR code: 03 September 2020
- Completion of the joining process: 14 September 2020
