Eligibility for Humphrey Fellowship Program in the USA

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Minimum of five years of related experience.
  3. Must have Limited or no prior experience in the USA.

  6. Strong English is written and spoken skills.

How to apply

Candidates must submit their applications to their commissions, and commissions must submit nominations to the Institute of International Education office in Washington by 1 October.
