Purpose of Kisan card
Through the Kisan card, farmers will be able to get the fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural position from the registered dealers at reasonable rates. T6hat rates will be easily affordable that every farmer can buy.
How to get the Kisan card
To get the Kisan card, candidates have to follow the following procedure.
- Registered Farmers will open an HBL Connect Account to get the Kisan card.
- Non-Registered farmers will connect the local staff to the Agriculture Department for the registration. Then after registration, they can apply for the Kisan card.
From Where Farmers Receive the Kisan card
After issuing the Kisan cards for the registered farmers, the candidates will get a message on the provided number. After that, candidates will receive a card from the Local Assistant director/Deputy director of the Agriculture Department.
Subsidy for the registered Farmers
The registered farmers will get the subsidy vouchers of RS 2000/- per Acre. Thus, candidates must send the scratch card number and CNIC number on 8070 to get the subsidy.
