We feel glad to announce that KMU offers HEC reserved seats for Erstwhile FATA and Balochistan students. Applicants who have already applied for MBBS/BDS Provincial Erstwhile FATA Seats to KMU are at this moment directed to reapply again for HEC Reserved Medical/Dental Seats for Balochistan & FATA. The candidates who want to get admission to such a prestigious institute must have a local/domicile certificate from Erstwhile FATA/Newly Merged Tribal Districts (NMTD). The maximum age of the applied candidate is 22 years. However, applicants who got 65% marks in Higher Secondary School Certificate or F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent qualification can easily get admission.
Apart from this, an applicant who passes the Medical & Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT) 2021 by obtaining 65% marks is eligible. At the same time, the repeating candidates will use the MDCAT 2020 result subject to the equivalency of the same by PMC. For merit calculation for admissions, FSc, or Equivalent results, only the marks obtained in science electives Biology, Chemistry and Physics shall be used.
How to Apply for KMU HEC MBBS/BDS Reserved Seats:-
The candidates must follow the below-mentioned step by steps to apply for admissions. The details are as under
- The interested candidates should visit the following website (https://cas.kmu.edu.pk) and create an account.
- Follow the instruction that appears on the screen and complete the process.
- Select one degree, i.e., MBBS or BDS or both, to apply for the reserved seats.
- Upload readable scanned copies of relevant documents
- Generate Fee slip for “HEC Reserved Medical Seats for the Students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA” and print it.
- Visit any branch of Bank of Khyber and deposit application processing fee of Rs.1,000/- (Non-Refundable) in Account No 2007648122. Login again to verify your payment details and apply. Note: Keep your original Fee slip to produce as evidence during the admission process.
- Incomplete application will not entertain
- Admission forms submitted by hand will not accept
- Applicants will short-listed based on PMC-MDCAT and Academic Credentials.
