Just like other Province Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Minister Shahram Khan Tarakai also announced the annual examination dates of matric and intermediate 2021. According to the details, the commencement of the matric annual board examination is from 21st May 2021 while the conduction of Intermediate annual board exams is from 17th June 2021. This annual date is applicable for all KPK districts including BISEs Abbottabad, Mardan, Kohat, Malakand, Bannu, D.I.Khan and Peshawar. Due to COVID-19, the annual board exams of 2020 delayed. But in 2021, there is no plan of the KPK education minister to cancel the board exams. Thus, students will now get ready and start their preparation as per schedule.
The KPK government set up preparation for exams and installed CCTV cameras in examination centres, online data for administrative staff, forming control rooms and students’ facilitation centres. They also notify that school will reopen from April 19, 2021, for grades 9 to 12th across the province for regular studies.
