KPK Close Schools Till Eid-Ul-Fitr
On 24 April 2021, the KPK Government issued a notification with the reference of the decisions of NCOC on 23 April 2021. According to the notification, the government announced various instructions to be followed in all fields. However, the KPK government announced the following measurements with the effect of 24 April 2021.
KPK Government Instructions
- All schools in the areas having more than 5% COVID-19 positivity will remain close including 09-12 class.
- All the commercial activities, markets etc. except medical stores, petrol pumps, vaccination centers will remain closed between 6:00 PM to Sehar.
- Complete market will remain closed for two days, Saturday and Sunday in a week except for hospitals, medical stores, petrol pumps, vaccination centers, bakeries, grocery shops, tandoors, restaurants (for takeaway).
- Ban on all types of indoor and outdoor gatherings.
- Office timing will be from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM.
- 50% office staff will work from home.
- It is mandatory for all to wear face masks in public areas.
- Public transports will follow the complete SOPs. All candidates will wear face masks and 50% of capacity for the intercity transports.
- All cinemas and shrines will remain closed across the province.
- Government will not allow any event or social activities in the province.
