The Lahore High Court (LHC) has recently announced winter holidays for 2023-24. Its duration will be two weeks. The holidays will commence on 24 December 2023 and end on 8 January 2024. With the notification of holidays, LHC has further mentioned that court hearings of particular cases will continue as usual during this period according to the regular schedule. The hearings will include bail applications, stay orders, and habeas corpus appeals.
Once the holidays end, the Lahore High Court (LHC) will resume its regular proceedings after winter holidays. All sorts of case earings will begin as usual from 9 January 2024. A few days back, the Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr Mohsin Naqvi, announced the winter vacations for the educational institutes across the province.
