Madrassas Announce Annual Exam Schedule

Just like other educational institutes, the Ittihad-e-Tanzeemat-e-Madaris Pakistan (ITMP) conduct a fruitful meeting with the Federal Minister for Education & Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood regarding reopening of Madaris. They planned to start an annual examination on August 05, 2020. The final decision will be taken on July 07. ITMP is a body that consists of five boards, i.e., the Wafaq-ul-Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan, the Tanzeem-ul-Madaris Ahl-e-Sunnat, the Rabita-ul-Madaris Al-Islamia, the Wafaq-ul-Madaris Al-Salvia, and the Wafaq-ul-Madaris Al-Shia. As other educational institutions are going to be open from August, so the religious people also appeal to the government to reopen religious education. It is a right of every Muslimah to study Islam and have knowledge about religion. ITMP emphasized the study of the Quran.

We hope that the Federal government will surely permit the madrasas to recontinue educational activities from August 05. He said that the members of the ITMP and senior representatives of each board met with the Sindh education minister separately to functionalize the seminaries fully. If the government did not permit us to reopen Madaris, then we decide by own. As millions of students will lose an academic year, it is mandatory to open seminaries from August. Moreover, the Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan said that the students who register in the madrassahs across the country would take annual exams from July 11 to 16 in their respective districts. Stay tuned with us to get latest information and news updates.
