On 8th June 2021, National Command and Operation Center issued the new coronavirus guidelines for the teachers and students. As exams are coming nearer, therefore, NCOC highlights the importance of standard operating procedures. On 2nd July 2021, the IPEMC meeting held in which they made it mandatory for every teacher and students to strictly follow the SOPs issued by the government.
Guideline for Teachers and Students:-
We have enlisted the guideline for the student under COVID-19. The details are as under
- During Exams, students not allowed to share stationery items with each other.
- All the students should wear masks and keep social distance.
- Every student will bring their own water bottle in the examination hall.
- The student should leave the class with hassle-free environment
- The vaccinated teachers and staff members employed at each exam center.
- The number of entry points will increase for each examination center to mitigate the chances of spreading the disease.
- The thermal screening will done at each center.
- The regular cleaning of the examination hall will ensure throughout the conduct of exams
- Only 60 students will sit in the examination hall.
- FDE approved the video of the model exam center that will circulate by the secretary IBCC to all the federating units for implementation.
- The random survey will hold by the minister of education to monitor the SOPs during the exams.
- The district administration will help the education department with the smooth conduction of matric and intermediate annual exams 2021.
- Under the COVID environment, additional measures can also incorporated by the authorities.
