NED Changed the Admission Policy 2021
Recently, the NED University of Engineering and Technology (NEDUET) decided to open the admission for bachelors without an intermediate exam. The university announced that if there will be no exams conducted till July, then varsity will open admission on a matric marks basis. However, the university took this decision due to the prolonged situation of COVID-19.
However, these admissions on a matric basis will be provisional. Other than that, if boards conduct exams till July, then the university will announce admission on an intermediate marks basis.
Metric Exams %age
For the 2021 admission in bachelors degree, the university will reduce the matric marks weightage from 50 to 30%. The remaining 70% marks weightage will be from the written test conducted by the university. Thus, through this, those students who have less marks in matric have a chance to take admission through excellent performance in the test.
