Online Registration Schedule for IX and XI 2020-21 | BISE Mardan 

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mardan has issued the notification of online registration for students of 9th class and 1st year 2020-21. The students of class 9th and 1st year will get enrolled for Academic session 2020-21. Enrollment/Registration is applicable only for regular students. The portal for online Enrollment is portal.bisemdn.edu.pk.

For Class 9th:

Instructions: 

• All the Educational institutions have to log on to the official portal of the Board for online registration.
• The institutions must download the Enrollment of the institution. Submit its hard copy and an original bank receipt in the Registration section within announced dates. Otherwise, an extra fee will be charged.
• Father’s CNIC, B form number, Religion, Nationality, and Student/Parent phone number are required to enter in the portal.
• Items like Student Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Admission Number, Date of Admission, Group, and Subjects are necessary to be filled in the Admission Withdrawal Register.
• The minimum age limit for candidates of Class IX to appear in SSC part I (class 9th) Annual Exams 2021 is 14 years. The estimated minimum age is 01/04/2007.
• The student who has not enrolled their data up to 12-11-2020, their data will be removed automatically by the System the next day.
• All those students migrating from other Boards enrolling with BISE Mardan shall be online and will produce an attested copy of SLC or School Leaving Certificate from their Institutes along with the original Migration Certificate and verified Domicile at the time of enrollment. In case if an Institution failed to provide the same certificate, then they will be fined Rs. 20 per day.
• After 31-12-2020 school to school migration will not be allowed under any circumstances.
• Cancellation of Enrollment or double Enrollment is not allowed.
• Absent/Failed science or Arts students in Annual Examination 2020 are allowed to appear in the upcoming Annual Examination 2021 as Regular student with Enrollment Number in 2018 and 2019.
• The head of Institutions must pay their Annual Academic fee for 2020-21 and get clearance from Academic session Bise Mardan.
• Enrollment fees can be submitted through ABL or UBL branches in the authority of BISE Mardan.

Important: 

• No enrollment return is acceptable after 12-11-2020.
• Rules can change anytime if desired by the authority.

For Class 11th:

Instructions: 

• All the Educational institutions have to log on to the official portal of the Board for online registration.
• The institutions must download enrollment of the institution. Submit its hard copy and an original bank receipt in the Registration section within announced dates. Otherwise, an extra fee will be charged.
• Father’s CNIC, B form number, Religion, Nationality, and Student/Parent phone number are required to enter in the portal.
• Items like Student Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Admission Number, Date of Admission, Group, and Subjects are necessary to be filled in Admission Withdrawal Register.
• The upper age limit for candidates of Class XI to appear in SSC part I (class 11th) Annual Exams 2021 is 19 years.
• Late Admissions will not be allowed 16/12/20 at any cost. 
• The last date to change the subject/subjects/group is 30/11/20.
• Provisional admissions will not be entertained regularly until approved by the chairman. He can reject these applications too.
• Collage to collage migration (@Rs 500) shall be issued after registration till 31/12/20.
• Those students from other boards for registration with bise Mardan shall be online and will produce the following documents within 14 days. Otherwise, they will be fined @ Rs 20 per day.

1. Verified SSC DMC For 1st year, Verified HSSC part-1 DMC for 2nd year from Board concerned. 
2. Registration return along with reference letter, duly signed by the Head of the institute.
3. Original migration certificate, college leaving certificate, and prescribed fee bank receipt.

• Enrollment fees can be submitted through ABL or UBL branches in the authority of BISE Mardan.
