Pakistan Engineering Council announced need-cum-merit based scholarship for the needy candidates. The scholarship will provide an opportunity for the underprivileged and needy students to give them a bright future. PEC has announced 500 scholarships for the 04 years (125 per year). The previous date to apply for the PEC scholarship is 31 October 2020. But now the date has extended and the confirmed last date of application submission is November 30, 2020.
Eligibility Criteria:
For the PEC need-cum-merit based scholarship, eligibility criteria are the following:
- Students enrolled in the PEC approved pre-engineering programs.
- Candidates having less than Rs 50,000/ per month family income.
- Candidates having domicile of the following regions:
- Balochistan
- Gilgit-Baltistan
- Azad Jammu & Kashmir
- Tribal areas
- KPK
- Sindh
- Punjab
Benefits of PEC Need-cum-merit Based Scholarship:
Pakistan Engineering Council will provide Rs 100,000 per year to cover the students’ tuition fees, living expenses, books, etc.

How to Apply for PEC Scholarships:
- Eligible and interested students can apply through the PEC website (www.pec.org.pk/scholarship.aspx).
- After the completion of the application form, please submit it to the respective university.
- The last date to apply for the PEC scholarship is November 30, 2020.
