On 4th March 2021, Punjab Board Chairman Committee issued a notification regarding the submission of the HSSC admission form. According to the news, it is to inform all that the schedule of submission of HSSC admission forms has been amended. However, it is applicable for all Punjab BISE Boards including Bahawalpur, D.G Khan, Sargodha, Lahore, Mirpur, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, and Faisalabad. Earlier, the Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education also issued the detailed schedule of the Intermediate (Part I and II) annual examination 2021. | Single Fee Last date of receipt for admission forms | 04-01-2021 to 12-03-2021 |
| Double Fee Last date of receipt for admission forms | 13-03-2021 to 22-03-2021 |
| Triple Fee Last date of receipt for admission forms | 23-03-2021 to 30-03-2021 |
It is requested to all applicants submit the fee before the above-mentioned schedule. Fees received after the due date will add additional charges (fine) along with the admission fee.
