PNRA MS fellowship at PIEAS 2020

Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) has announced a fellowship for the MS students in PIEAS. The fellowship is for the MS nuclear engineering and MS medical Physics programs. The duration of the PNRA fellowship will be for two years in PIEAS. During this fellowship, candidates will get benefits with a monthly stipend of RS 35000/-. So, all candidates interested in pursuing their MS degree from a well-reputed institution must apply before the last date. The last date for the PNRA fellowship is 30 June 2020.

The fellowship at PIEAS University is for the following MS degrees

• Nuclear Engineering
• Medical Physics

Eligibility criteria

The required criteria for the PNRA fellowship for MS in PIEAS is: 

• For the MS nuclear Engineering, BE/BSc engineering in electronics, mathematics, computer, or software OR BSc/BS (4 years) in computer science
• For MS Medical Physics, MSc/BS(4 years) in Physics
• Degree must be recognized by HEC/ PEC
•  Candidates must have 2.5 CGPA/4/00 or 60% marks in the annual system is required
• The age limit is 27 years old.

During the fellowship, candidates will enjoy the following benefits

• Full tuition-fee waiver

• Indoor medical facility
• After completing the MS degree from PIEAS, fellows will serve the PNRA for five years

After completing the fellowship from PIEAS, candidates may be designated for the following positions in PNRA.

• Assistant engineering (SPS-08)
•  scientific officer (SPS-08)

  • Applicants have to deposit RS 3,500/- application fee to the online bank account number 0854003147171378, the title of account: NISAS, national bank of Pakistan, F-6 supermarket branch, Islamabad.
  •  Candidates have to send original bank recipients with the passport size photograph to the address given in the advertisement.
  • Candidates must write their name, CNIC num., online generated roll num. At the back of bank recipient
