Human Rights & Minority Affairs (HRMA) Department, Punjab, announced scholarship 2023 for Non-Muslims students. The scholarship is for candidates who have enrolled in the Punjab Educational institutes. Thus, for the Punjab Minority Affairs scholarship 2023, the candidates of Matric to a Ph.D. degree are eligible. The Punjab governmnet will provide different scholarships to the students based on the degree program. So, the minority candidates having Punjab domicile must apply to the concerned office by 12 May 2023.
HRMA Minorities Scholarship Amount 2023
The eligible minority candidates of Punjab will get the following amount of HRMA scholarship according to their degree level.
- Professional Education Rs 50,000/-
- Post Graduate Level Rs 35,000/-
- Bachelors level Rs 30,000/-
- Intermediate Rs 20,000/-
- Matric Rs 15,000/-

Eligibility Criteria for the Punjab Human Rights & Minority Affairs Scholarship 2023
- Minority candidates enrolled in the Punjab Educational institutes regularly.
- Candidates must secure 40% marks in the last semester/part/Year.
- Applicants must have a Punjab domicile.
- The monthly income of the candidate’s family should not exceed Rs 38,755/-
Required Documents for the HRMA Scholarship 2023
- Educational degrees/Result Card or equivalent certificate
- CNIC of candidates/guardian
- Candidates domicile
- 03 passport-size photograph (write your Names at the back of the photos before attesting them)
- Certificate of percentages/ marks from the controller of examination (in case of the semester)
How to Apply for the HRMA Scholarship 2023
- Download the application form for the scholarship through the HRMA website. (https://hrma.punjab.gov.pk/system/files/Application%20Form%20-%20MES%2022-23.pdf)
- Complete the form, attach the documents, and send it to the Human Rights and Minority Affairs Department R&I Branch.
