The School Education Department Punjab issued a notification regarding the summer holiday in all private and public schools. According to the details, it is to inform all that the SED Punjab observes summer holidays from 1 June 2022 to 31 July 2022. They sent this notification to all public and private schools in Punjab. Punjab Govt School Education Department has instructed that Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) and the concerned Heads shall manage the distribution of homework and books to the students during summer vacations.
The District Registering Authority may advise the Private Schools to reduce school timings (i.e., until 11:00 am) from 27 May 2022 to 31 May 2022 with all necessary precautionary measures to protect the children from the heatwave. But after 31 May, all private schools bound to announce the summer vacations as per the given schedule by the Govt of Punjab School Education Department.
