The Sindh Education Department issued the notification regarding the school timing in the Karachi district. According to the latest notification, all private schools in Karachi will now open from 8:30 PM with immediate effect. It is mentioned that as per the decision of the steering committee of the Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh, taken on 7th April 2022. The purpose of changing this timing is due to the prevailing cold weather condition. This timing remains operative till 31st March 2023. It is mandatory for all schools in Karachi to follow this schedule. The Sindh government also issued the notification in this regard.
