According to the recent notification of Sindh School Education and Literacy Department, the govt is going to recruit the teachers. The Sindh Government will recruit the candidates for Primary School teachers and Junior Elementary School Teachers. According to the notification, the candidates have to appear in the written test. Candidates have to secure 55% marks in the test for the teaching jobs.
Syllabus for the Test
For the PST and JEST positions, the written test will be from the following subjects/areas of studies.
- Science, Mathematics and Computer Science
- English
- Mother tongue & Social studies including Islamiat

Recommended Books for Test
According to the notice, the written test will be from the following books of Sindh Text Book Board Jamshoro:
- Class 01-08 for PST (BPS-09) posts
- Class 06-10 for Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST BPS-14)
Selection Criteria
- Candidates have to pass each part of the test by 45% marks. However, the overall passing marks of the test will be 55%.
- The government will recruit the candidates on merit basis.
