During a hearing on Wednesday, the Respected Supreme Court has rejected the Single curriculum report. The Ministry of Federal Education and Training Center and National Curriculum Council made the report. Bit, the Court didn’t show satisfaction with it and canceled it.
Regarding the presented report, the Chief Justice stated it “Dissatisfactory”. He said that the government and Councils didn’t take any appropriate measures in developing the national Currici]ulum. However, the Chief Justice also stated that it’s been 73 years of Pakistan. But during this period, not a government able to resolve the Single National Curriculum matter.
However, the Court not only rejected it but also gave suggestions that it’s better to adopt the previous curriculum of 1960. As that curriculum was designed according to religious studies and teachings.
Now, the Supreme Court called the secretary of Education in the next hearing with a proper solution. Thus, now the secretary will attend the next hearing within a month.
