The University of Health Science Issued a notification regarding the required documents for the MBBS and BDS admission 2022-23. The university clarified that it is not an admission advertisement but a public Notice for students so they can prepare the mandatory documents in advance. For Punjab candidates, UHS will issue the admission advertisement after the official PMC final result of MDCAT 2022. However, we will inform you about all updated news for the MBBS and BDS admission 2022-23.
UHS informed the candidates that the application process for admissions would be online. Students must upload the mandatory documents online on the portal; otherwise, their applications will not be completed and will be rejected. So, the university advised the students to prepare all the documents in PDF copies using their mobile phones or scanners so that they could conveniently fill out the form later. - Open Merit
- Student with Disabilities
- Under-developed Districts and Cholistan
- Overseas Pakistani
- Reciprocal (Merit Seats for Punjab Domiciled Students in other Provinces/regions)

List of Mandatory Documents for MBBS/BDS Admissions
Below is the list of all required documents that are mandatory for the MBBS and BDS admission 2022-23.
- Matric certificate/Result
- Intermediate Pre-Medical Result
- Domicile Certificate
- Valid CNIC/POC/B-form/Passport of the candidates
- Valid CNIC/POC/B-form/Passport of Father/Mother/Guardian of Candidates
- Recent Colour of Photographs with white/blue background
- Disability certificate issued by NCRDP (for Disabled candidates only)
- School leaving certificate/provisional certificate verifying that students have been studying from grades 01-13 in the same district.
- Original certificate issued by Cholistan Development Authority (for Cholistan candidates)
- Valid Stay Crd/residence Card/Green Card/Iqama or relevant documents for overseas Pakistanis
- Hifz-e-Quran Certificates for Hafiz-q-e-Quran candidates
- Candidates’ signature and Left Thumb Impression in black/Blue Ink on white paper.
Instructions for Candidates for the MBBS/BDS Admission
- Candidates have to upload the documents online for admission after opening the portal.
- To apply for more than one category, candidates must upload the required documents according to that category.
- Scan all documents, except the Photographs, in Black & white in a Resolution of 300 DPI. file size of each document shouldn’t exceed 2.0 MBs. Ensure that the details on the document should be readable.
- English translation of the certificate is required if candidates have certificates in other languages.
- Don’t upload all documents in one file. Create PDF files for all documents separately by labeling them properly.
- Don’t deform the photographs and signature by shrinking the width.
