There are almost 3500 vacancies of teachers in 600 different schools of different districts for which the authorities are seeking the applications.
In a recent meeting, Chief Minister Mahmood Khan directed the officials to complete the recruitment process until 1st April 2020. The Chief Minister held the meeting to take an overview of the development portfolio in the education sector.
- Along with the hiring of the teachers for 3500 vacancies, the Chief Minister also gave some other instructions.
- He has advised the education department to conduct surprise visits after short intervals.
- He also ordered to terminate the teachers with fake documents and those who remain absent from the schools.
- Also, he directed the officials of the Education Department to relax the policies for the hiring of teachers and the upgrading of the schools.
