The Allama Iqbal Open University has announced the applications under the AIOU Professional Development Program (PDP). The announced program is for the MS/M.Phil degree holders have Pakistani/AJK nationality. Through the AIOU PDP, candidates will get a chance to do a Ph.D. degree from the University of Leicester, UK. However, after completing the Ph.D. degree, candidates have to serve at AIOU as Assistant Professor (BPS-19). Thus, Interested candidates will visit the AIOU website job portal and apply online for the concerned area of study. However, the last date for the AIOU PDP jobs is 15 March 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for AIOU PDP Jobs
- Candidates having AJK/Pakistani Nationality.
- Candidates with MS/M.Phil Degree with at least 3.00 CPGA with a maximum of two 2nd divisions and no 3rd division in the academic years.
- Required age: Maximum 30 Years on the closing date
- Candidates getting any other scholarship are not eligible.
