On 31 December 2020, the Karachi board has announced a notification regarding the models’ papers for the 9th and 10th class. Recently, the Sindh Government increased the numbers of matric from 850 to 1100. So, from now, the total marks of 9th class will be 550 and 550 for the 10th class.
According to these, the research section of Karachi issued new model papers according to the National Scheme of Studies. However, from 2021 to onward, the exam will be according to these papers. Other than that, according to the notification Karachi board is first among all Sindh Boards to prepare these models.
The matric Board Chairman also talked about these papers. He stated that we prepare them for the guidance of teachers and students. The board made these notes with the help of public ad private senior teachers. Other than that, the board also arranged a workshop where the teacher participated in the notes making process.

How to get the model papers
- Candidates can download the model papers of the 9th and 10th class from the Karachi Board website. (www.bsek.edu.pk).
