Canada Scholarships for International students in 2020
The scholarships for Canadian international students are now open for the year 2020. According to the new international strategy, Global Canada affairs is pleased to present the study in Canada scholarship program. This scholarship is a fully-funded. The International scholarship covers all the expenses of the selected students. The duration of this academic scholarship is two years or more.
After successfully completing this scholarship, the students get their certificate of the post-graduate degree, master’s degree, technical diploma of a school or university in Canada. This government scholarship is inviting applications for all disciplines. The primary purpose of this Canada scholarship is to increase career opportunities for post-secondary institutions across Canada. The international students are welcomed to apply.

Scholarship duration
- Minimum one year (8 months)
- Maximum two years (24months)
Scholarship Worth
- For the one-year program, the winner will get CAD 60,000.
- For two years program, the winner will get up to 120,000.
- Free visa and travel allowance

- Living and transportation expenses
- Books and other helping material related to study or research.

Eligibility Criteria
The interested candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria.
- The candidate must be the citizen of one of the following countries Palau, Tonga, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Vanuatu. Palestinians from the West Bank, Gaza, Azerbaijan, Bhutan, Comoros, Djibouti, Fiji, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Liberia, Mauritania, Micronesia, and East Jerusalem are also eligible.
- Must possess the linguistic competencies necessary to undertake studies in the language of instruction at the Canadian post-secondary institution (English or French).
- The student not hold Canadian citizenship or permanent residency and must not have a pending application for permanent residency in Canada.
How to Apply
- The student who wants to study in Canada should apply for admission to a Canada post-secondary institution. The candidate must choose the desired program.
- The candidates must submit all the educational documents and application form to the institution before the deadline.
- The students also submit multiple applications, rank them based on their strategic priorities.
