According to a piece of news, the District Education Authority (DEA) announced school timing. DEA announced winter timing for the schools that will implement from 16 October 2020. All the public and private schools will follow this new schedule’s timetables for winters.
Timing of boys schools
From 16 October 2020, the boys’ public schools will follow the following schedule
- School timing from Monday – Saturday 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- On Friday: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
Timing for girls schools
All the government girls will follow the following time table from 16 October 2020
- School timing from Monday – Saturday 8:15 AM to 1:45 PM
- Friday Timing: 8: 15 AM to 12:15 PM
