The federal government issued a notification regarding the timetable during the holy month of Ramadan. According to the details, the federal government ordered all government offices to work 6 days a week and follow the newly issued office timing during the month of Ramadan. All government sector offices in the federal district will have to follow this issued timetable. Now, the time from Monday to Thursday and Saturday is 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM while the Friday timing is 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Also, the prayer break shall observe from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. This notification is valid for all federal districts. The special action will take place against the applicant who disobeys the rules.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif, announced this decision in the National Assembly to remain Saturday on in all government offices. However, they also changed the timing from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Now all offices will remain open on Saturday as well. For more details, keep scrolling.
