FPSC Computer-Based Testing (CBT)
Recently, the federal public Service Commission issued an advertisement regarding the hiring of a Consultancy Firm. FPSC wants to hire the firm for the Development of CBT. CBT is a Computer Based Testing Service.

The Commission decided to modernize and digitize its recruitment process through the use of CBT. However, FPSC will do it under the PSDP-funded project “Computer Based Testing (CBT) for various tests/exams conducted by Federal Public service Commission.”

Thus, to make this project successful, the Commission required the services of a consultancy firm to get valuable solutions, global standards, etc. Thus, interested firms can apply by sending their request for proposals to the Commission till 31 May 2021.

Terms and Conditions
- Interested firms can see the RFP Cintaing evaluation criteria through the FPSC website http://www.fpsc.gov.pk/sites/default/files/RFP%20for%20Hiring%20of%20Consultancy%20Firm%20-%207%20May%2021.pdf) OR through the PPRA website.
- Applicants have to follow the single-stage-2-envelope bidding method.
- Sealed bids (Technical & financial in separate envelopes ) must be reached at the office of CBT FPSC, Islamabad, by 31 May 2021 (11:00 AM). However, the Commission will open the technical bids on the same day at 11:30 AM.
- FPSC will also hold a Pre-Bid meeting on 20 May 2021 at 11:00 AM.
