The Government of Pakistan announced the 75 National Top Talent scholarship Program for Pakistani Candidates. The Governmnet issued the advertisement through the HEC for MS and Ph.D. candidates. On the 75th Independence anniversary of Pakistan, the govt decided to start the Top Talent program. Thus, for the announced program, HEC announced 40 scholarships for Ph.D. and 35 scholarships for MS degrees. The scholarships are for Pakistani and AJK nationals who want to study in the top 25 ranked universities of the world. Below, we have explained the detail about the HEC 75 Top Talent scholarship, whose last date is 21 March 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for 75 Top Talent Scholarship
- Pakistani/AJK nationals are eligible.
- Candidates must have 16 years of qualification for an MS scholarship and 18 years for a Ph.D. Scholarships.
- Applicants should have max one 2nd division through the academic career before the final degree.
- At least 3.0/4.0 GCPA and 3.75/54.0 CGPA or 1st division in the last degree.
- 40 years of age for regular faculty members and 35 years for other candidates
- Public-sector university employees must submit the NOC.

How to Apply for HEC 75 Talent Scholarship 2022

- The application processing fee is Rs 700/- that candidates will deposit in HBL (account detail is in the advertisement below).
