According to the latest notification of the HEC, the commission has denied the association with Higher Education City. HEC stated that the Housing Project Higher Education City has nothing to do with the commission, so the impression that it is an HEC Housing project is incorrect.
HEC has never approved the launching of such a project not taken up the securities and SECP for the registration. At the same time, HEC also stated that marketing of such housing scheme with HEC or commission em0ployee is not valid.
So, HEC issued a public alert for the general public, builders and investors. The commission stated that investment and purchases with the Higher Education City project are fully at their own risk. HEC will not be responsible for any loss.
