Model General Education Courses for Undergraduate
Recently, HEC has shared the Model General education Courses for the Undergraduate degrees. The commission has announced these courses General education requirement for the Undergraduate Education Policy 2020 (UEP). However, the HEC has announced the Model general Education Courses for the five domains that are below.
- Arts and Humanities
- Natural Sciences
- Soil Sciences
- Expository Writing
- Quantitative Reasoning

Instructions Regarding the Model General Education Courses
- All undergraduate students will start the course from the Fall 2022 semester.
- Students have to complete 13 Model Gen education courses (39 Credits) to fulfill the requirement.
- Universities can design their General education courses meeting the General education UEP.
