- Stipend for MS Students: £1,133 per month, or £1,390 per month for those at universities in the London metropolitan area (rates quoted at 2021-2022 levels).
- Stipend for PhD Students:- £1,084 per month or £1,330, (approximately PKR: 322000 per month )

Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidates must fulfil the following criteria before applying
- The candidates must be Pakistani/ AJK National
- Must be Bachelors or Masters degree holder from a well-recognized institute
- To get admission to PhD Program, an applicant must have 17 or 18 years of qualification.
- Student currently pursuing Mphil degree not eligible
- Submit two references to the UK Application system
- Must obtain 70% marks in HEC Aptitude Test (HAT)
Applying Procedure:
The candidates can apply by filling the application form online at the Commonwealth and HEC websites.

Step-II (Higher Education Commission)
- The candidates can apply online at the HEC website.
- After registering and filling your profile, please select “Learning Opportunities Abroad” under the “Scholarship and Grant” menu in the left-hand side panel of the online portal.
- While submitting the application, applicant must upload the challan fee of Rs 800
