According to the details, the Higher Education Commission HEC will conduct an online session to raise the local research generally to the top. The purpose of conducting this online training session is to guide the local researchers and editors to meet the requirements of HEC’s Accreditation Standards of Publishing adequately. By attending this session, they will be able to meet and fulfil international standards. The professional and well-experienced teach them the essential key points on how the journals can be indexed with internationally renowned indexing agencies/databases and categorizing journals under HJRS. This session is beneficial for MS/M. Phil students who work currently for their research work.

Eligible Candidates for Attending Online Training Session
- Some influential editors, including Sub-Editors, Editorial Assistants, Associate Editors, or Managing Editors of Eligible National Research Journals, can attend this online session.
- Also, Directors of Office of the Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) of DAIs/Universities of Pakistan or their team member(s).
- Directors of Quality Enhancement Cells (QEC) of DAIs/Universities of Pakistan or their team member(s) Academia/Researchers can also participate. All the sessions held through digital means.
General instructions:-
- E-mails sent to the eligible candidates at least one week before the session.
- The Program will be uploaded on the HEC website http://www.hec.gov.pk/site/journals.
- The dates and times are tentative and may change according to the availability of resource persons.
- Each session will follow by 30 minutes of Questions and Answers.
