Principal Posts for Punjab Government Colleges
Recently, the Higher Education Department (HED) announced the principal college posts. These positions are for different colleges in Punjab. However, for the jobs, those candidates who work in public colleges are eligible. HED announced 12 vacancies and the last date is 28 December 2020.
According to the notification, six colleges for the required post is from Lahore. While remaining six colleges are from other cities.
Eligibility Criteria
For the HED principal posts, the following candidates are eligible.
- Assistant & associate professor, professors, senior and chief instructor working in public college can apply.
- For the position in commerce college, the teachers from commerce institutes are eligible only.
Name of Colleges
From Lahore, the following 06 colleges will recruit the candidates for principle post (03 males & 03 females).
- Government Fatima Jinnah College for Women, Chuna Mandi
- Government Degree College for Women, Manga Mandi
- The Government Degree College for Women, Mustafa Abad
- Government College of Commerce, Allama Iqbal Town
- Government College of Commerce, Kot Lakhpat
- The Government College of Commerce, Baghbanpura
However, the other 06 vacancies of the principal post are for the following districts:
- Sialkot
- Bhakkar
- Gujranwala
- DG Khan
- 02 from Skaikhupura
