Are you eagerly waiting for the HEC HAT test registration scheduled for 2023? If yes, then you do not need to worry at all. Today, the Higher Education Commission HEC officially announced the HAT Registration Schedule 2023. They will conduct HAT tests via Education Testing Council (ETC). Those who want to get admission to master’s programs can apply through these steps. The last date to submit the HEC HAT application is 10 May 2023. However, they decided to conduct the test on 28 May 2023.
It is also mandatory to mention that those who have already applied for MS/MPhil admissions/HEC scholarships may apply for registration.

How to Apply for Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT) 2023
- Interested candidates can apply for HEC HAT 2023 by visiting the official HEC website.
- Apply two steps. One by profile completion using the “My Profile” section. The second is application submission using the “Higher Education Aptitude Test” links on the menu panel located on the left-hand sidebar of the online portal.
- Only online applications will be accepted.
- If you feel any issues during the online registration, please visit onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk or HEC regional offices for guidance.
- The test fee for HEC HAT is Rs 2000/- per candidate.
- Candidates will deposit the processing fee in Habib Bank Limited Account No. 1742 7900 1334 01. Title of Account: Higher Education Commission
- Download the challan fee duly stamped by an HBL branch.
- Also, bring the original applicant copy of the deposit slip on the test day and your Original CN IC.
- The test fee is non-refundable
