Eligibility Criteria for Hubert H Humphery Fellowship USA 2023
The applicants with the following requirements will be eligible to apply for the Hubert H Humphery Fellowship USA 2023.
- Women, disabled people, and individuals from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, Northern Sindh, and Southern Punjab are highly encouraged to apply.
- Applications from university teachers or researchers with no management experience or similar responsibilities, those who attended graduate school in the United States in the past seven years, or who have had long-term U.S. experience within the past five years are unacceptable.
- Dual U.S./Pakistan nationality holders or who have a spouse, fiancé, parent, or child over 18 who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident are ineligible to apply.
- Workers of the Fulbright organization, the U.S. Department of State or USAID, and their spouses, children, fiancés, siblings, dependents, and parents are also ineligible.
