The Peshawar High Court has issued the order to the KPK Private schools to charge huge amounts of fees. But instead of the order, the schools are continuously charging the massive admission fee besides the annual and other fees. However, the private schools violate the Peshawar High Court and Private School Regularity Authority (PSRA) rules.

Because of these violations, the authority should impose massive fines, seal the campus, and cancel their registration. But in contrast, the PSRA didn’t take a step over this violation under the fear that schools closures would waste the students’ time.

There are a lot of parents who didn’t know the Peshawar High Court order regarding the fee. On the other hand, those who know it are still paying the fee because they don’t have the next alternative for their children.

However, after all these matters, PSRA instructed the top institute to follow the order, but there is still no implementation.
