- Visit the official PMDC website.
- Scroll down the site and click on the Student Online box
- Enter your email and click on the Register Now button
- The application form appears on the screen. Fill it out by entering all personal and academic details.
- Upload the required documents like CNIC/B-form & Passport size photograph with blue or white background.
- Once the application form is saved, a candidate will print the fee challan
- Deposit the challan fee through the online application in any HBL, ABL, or MCB branch.
- The candidate is required to scan and attach the paid copy of the fee challan by login back into his/her MDCAT portal account.
- After uploading the paid copy of the fee challan, please click the “Final Submit” button to submit your application.
- Verify the filled information.
- Once the form is submitted after payment, the candidate cannot edit the information.
