Upgradation of Post of Midwife for BPS-04 to BPS-06
On 28th August 2020, the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department issued a new notification regarding up-gradation of Post of Midwife BPS-04 to BPS-06. The approval has given with mercy in the ban imposed by the Punjab Chief Minister Punjab to increase the Midwife Post from BS4 to BS5 with effect from 11.04.2019.
Notification No. SO (ND) 7-11 / 2019 (Practical), dated 24.11.2011 to 11.04.2019 (date of approval of the competent authority).
- The splashing of 6215-posts of Midwife is also made as per the enclosed list.
- The expenditure involved would be met by the Provincial Government of their annual budgetary allocation.
