Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) released an Internship Program for freshly Graduated Engineers in 2023. The Internship program will provide on-job training to 2000 fresh engineers. This program got approval in the 43rd Governing Body meeting of PEC. According to this scheme, 2,000 fresh engineers completing their engineering degrees in 2018 & 2022 should apply now. The PEC Internship scheme will provide hands-on exposure, working knowledge, skill enhancement, & professional competence to the fresh graduates.
The applicants should not have availed of any other Internship Program under any Government Program or are not Employed in any Public or Private organization, or are not full-time students of any Public or Private Institution. They must submit their applications through the PEC official job portal.

Eligibility Criteria for PEC Internship Program 2023
The Pakistan Engineering Council requires the following eligibility requirements for the Internship Program 2023.
- Only Pakistani nationals can apply for the Internships.
- Freshly Graduates with Engineering degrees during the years 2018 and 2022 can apply.
- While applying, if any candidates give wrong information, they will be disqualified from the subject scheme.
- Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Disabled applicants have a 2% quota.
- A 5% quota is reserved for Minorities.
- The selected Trained Engineers will get a stipend of Rs. 30,000/-.
- The period of the Training Program will be six months (6 months) without any extension.
